In 1997 he obtained a Master's degree at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz, and in 2007 he completed post-graduate studies in management accounting and controlling at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz.
Since 1995 he has been involved in banking, from 2001 he worked for Fortis Bank and then BNP Paribas. He has many years of experience in corporate banking, and between 2010 and 2012 he was also the head of the Public Sector and Institutions Department.
Since 2012, he has held managerial positions in private banking. He was a President of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Investment Fund Company and a Director of the Brokerage Office of BNP Paribas Poland. He has experience in leading teams in the financial sector at different stages of the organisation's development: start-up, development, merger, restructuring, transformation.
Since 2011, he has been working on behalf of the BNP Paribas Foundation as a member of the Management Board.
