Director of EC-1 Łódź Miasto Kultury (Łódź City of Culture)

Graduate of the Faculty of International and Political Studies, majoring in international relations, specialisation: euromarketing (2006). Winner of the prize of the Marshal of Łódź Voivodeship for the best master's thesis concerning the Łódź region.
Doctoral student of economics at the Economic and Social College at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Professionally, he is associated with the public sector. He worked in the Lodz Special Economic Zone SA (2006-2007), and the Lodz Regional Development Agency SA (2007-2011), where he served as a Vice President. Since 2008 he was a President of the Management Board and Łódzka

Spółka Infrastrukturalna Sp. z o.o. (2011-2012), where he served as a Member of the Management Board. Since September 2012, he has been a Director of the Management Board of the New Center of Łódź – a unit of the City Council of Łódź responsible for the redevelopment of the 100ha downtown area around the Łódź Fabryczna station. Since January 2015, Director of EC-1 Łódź City of Culture – a municipal cultural institution implementing the project of redevelopment of the historic thermal power plant and its adaptation for cultural and artistic purposes.

A Member of the Council of the Foundation of the Civil Development Forum of Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz. A member of the Mont Pelerin Association and the Society of Polish Economists. Since October 2012, President of the Association of Alumni of the University of Lodz WSMiP.
He is a scholarship holder of programmes organised, among others, by the Asia Europe Foundation, the Atlas Economic Research Foundation, the Atlantic Council, the Cato Institute, the German Marshall Fund and the Liberty Fund. In 2014 he was selected to participate in the 40 under 40 –

European Young Leaders programme grouping European young leaders from various fields.
