Ewelina Grabowska manages the International Learning Services team at Ericsson, which supports mobile operators from various countries and cultures, operating in markets with differing maturity levels. With over 15 years of experience in competency management in the telecommunications sector Ewelina unites the world of education, digitization and business. Her daily activities include sales and management of the largest IT projects in Europe, using mixed training methods adapted to the changing market demand for 5G technology, Internet of Things, as well as Augmented and Virtual Reality.
Ewelina is an enthusiast of new technologies and social innovations – her current area of interest is the propagation of virtual reality and games as teaching methods. She is introducing a cutting-edge solution to the global market - technological training in Metaverse.
In 2020 she was awarded as one of the Top 15 Women in 5G in Poland for the fight against disinformation and lack of knowledge about 5G technology.
As a mentor she has been supporting students in various projects for years. One of the initiative is the "IT for She" program awarded by the European Commission. It aims to increase the participation of women in the technology industry by helping talented students of faculties related to new technologies to enter the labor market.
