Iwona Jasińska

HR consultant w sektorze administracji publicznej

 

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Lodz, majoring in International Trade. She also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources at the ORGMASZ Institute for Organisation and Management in Industry in Warsaw. She was a member of AIESEC, in 1988-89 she served as a Vice President for PR and Marketing of the AIESEC Poland National Committee.

Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in the HR departments of international organisations, initially at VF Polska, which is a part of VF Corporation and owner of trademarks: LEE, Wrangler, TNF, Jansport, Vans or Kipling. For 15 years, she was HR Director at a manufacturing plant in Łódź with 1,500 employees, she also worked at the sales office in Warsaw, and then served as an HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe. Her work at VF Polska covered all areas of HR, both payroll administration and human resources management in terms of employee appraisal, training and staff development, as well as talent management and internal communication.

From 2004 to 2005, she taught internal PR at the Mini MBA postgraduate programme at the PAM Centre.
From 2008 to November 2017 she was an HR Manager at Albea Poland (a world leader in the packaging industry), where she implemented all HR policy activities and participated in the project to merge 3 companies and create a Shared Service Centre for HR and payroll administration.  

At the same time, from 2011 to 2013, she was the manager of two training and development projects for employees, co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Human Capital.
From 2017 to 2018, she worked as an HR Director at Lumileds Poland S.A. (global manufacturer of lighting for the automotive industry). She currently serves as an HR consultant in the public administration sector.
