Since 2002, Jarosław Kroc has been a Managing Director and a President of the Polish branch of Accenture, a global company providing consulting, high-tech and outsourcing services.
He started his career at Accenture in 1989 (then Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting). He has worked in London and Madrid, among others. His long-standing experience at Accenture includes the implementation of several business consulting, management and IT systems integration projects for leading Polish and foreign financial institutions.
While working at Accenture, he completed an Executive MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Jarosław Kroc graduated in Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. The supervisor of his MA thesis, written in 1989, which attempted to assess the benefits of Spain's accession to the European Economic Community, was Professor Jerzy Nacewski.
