He has been working for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. since January 2000; initially he held the position of the Board Member and Financial Director but in 2008 he was appointed a President of the Board. He is an economist who graduated from the University of Lodz. After graduation, he taught for several years at the Accounting Department of the University of Lodz, business schools and the Accountants Association in Poland.
A co-author of the Polish-German-English dictionary of accounting and banking and a consultant in the field of financial management, tax consultancy, information systems in consulting companies. From 1993 to 2000, he was a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Rossmann Supermarkety Drogeryjne Polska, at the same time supervising the foreign markets of Central and Eastern Europe. In 2003, he became an expert auditor.
He is a Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Zelmer SA, Vice President of the Supervisory Board of ElektroEko Organizacja Odzysku Sprzętu Elektrycznego i Elektronicznego SA.
A husband and a father of two daughters. His interests include business psychology and tennis.
