Since 2016, he has been a Member of the Management Board of PZU SA and PZU Życie SA, responsible for risk management. He also sits on supervisory boards: Alior Bank SA (since 2016), insurance companies from the PZU Group: AB Lietuvos draudimas, UAB PZU Lietuva gyvybes draudimas, AAS BALTA (from 2016) and Link4 (2017), as well as PTE PZU SA
Over the years 1998–2009 he was associated with the PZU Group, as a Management Board Member (2006–2009), and then Vice-President of the Management Board of TFI PZU SA. in the finance department. He participated in strategic projects. From 2015, he worked at TFI BGK SA, where, before being appointed to the PZU SA Management Board, he was a Management Board Member. He was also the President of the Management Board of ŁSSE SA, Director of the Finance Department of TVP SA, as well as a Member of the Management Board of the Sobieski Institute Foundation.
He also ran a business, specializing in business consulting. He gained extensive supervisory experience as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Morizon SA (2015-2016), Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AMW Invest Sp. z o. o (2016-2017), Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. z o. o. in Sochaczew (2013-2016).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz (Law), completed postgraduate studies in economic insurance at the University of Economics in Krakow, MBA Finance & Insurance at the Lodz University of Technology / Illinois State University, as well as doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics at the Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance, University of Lodz
