Expert auditor, accounting specialist, former member of the board of Deloitte in Poland, first representative of Poland on the board of the Federation of European Accountants.
From 1992 to 1994, she held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of "PROVIDUM" SA, then she held an independent position in methodology in that company for a year. In 1996, Providum SA merged its auditing activities with the international firm Deloitte & Touche Audyt Services sp. z o.o.. She was a partner in charge of audit and accounting services at Deloitte, where she also served as a President of the Management Board and Chairperson.
Maria Rzepnikowska was a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. She also completed Postgraduate Studies in Finance and Accounting at the same Faculty. Maria Rzepnikowska was qualified as an expert auditor. In 1992-1995, she was a Member of the Management Board of the Regional Branch of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. She served as Vice President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors. She represents the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in the Council of the Federation of European Accountants (FEE). She participated in the drafting of the 4th 7th and 43rd EU Directives.
Maria Rzepnikowska passed away in 2021.
