Graduate of the University of Lodz (Master of Law). He holds an executive MBA from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He was a fellow at the Universities of Münster and Mannheim in Germany.
Manager with extensive practical experience in managing complex international business projects. He formulated and effectively executed a growth strategy for the expansion into the Asian market for one of Poland's largest capital groups. From 2006 to 2013, he was a president of the board at Magellan Trading Co. Ltd in China. He earlier served as a lawyer at GSP Group Sp. z o.o. in Lodz, Poland, and also worked at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C., one of the largest U.S. think tanks. From December 2015 to October 2016 he was the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development, responsible for, among other things, promoting the Polish economy, member of the Financial Supervision Commission. From 2018 to 2020, he was a member of the Management Board of the Polish Armaments Group. Co-founder of the Polish-Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. Author of many publications on business topics.
Between 2016 and 2020, he served on the supervisory boards of Tauron PE S.A., PGE EJ 1 and Cenzin S.A., among others. Since April 2020, he has served as President of the Board of RAFAKO S.A., where he oversaw, among other things, the Company's restructuring and developed a strategy for its return to the market.
