Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, International Economic and Political Relations at the University of Lodz and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
From 1997 to 2000, he worked at ABB Sp. z o.o. as financial controller, treasurer and finance director. From 2000 to 2002, he held the position of financial director at Papyrus-Stora Enso. From 2002 to 2006, he worked at the Polish branch of Adidas, holding the position of Member of the Management Board, Chief Operating Officer. From 2006 to 2008, he worked for Inter Cars S.A., holding the position of Member of the Management Board, Financial Director and President of the Management Board of the subsidiary IC Development & Finance Sp. z o.o. From 2008 to 2011, he was involved in the energy sector, serving as a President of the Management Board of PGE S.A. and, from 2010 to 2011, also as President of the Management Board of PGE EJ Sp. z o.o. and PGE EJ1 Sp. z o.o. In 2012, he was a partner at GrECo International Holding AG (JLT Group). From November 2012 to October 2015, he was a member of the Management Board of Polkomtel Sp. z o.o.
He has several years of experience in managing companies in various industries. His key experiences include corporate restructuring, strategy development, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and taking companies public.
Tomasz Zadroga has been or continues to be a member of numerous organisations, professional, social and economic, including: President of the Polish Electricity Committee (2008-2012), Vice President of the Polish Committee of the World Energy Council (2009-2012), a member of the Management Board of EURELECTRIC (Association of the European Electricity Industry) (2008-2012, and Vice President of the organisation from 2011-2012), a member of the Management Board of the Zero Emission Platform (2009-2012), and a member of the Polish Business Council (2010 to date), the Employers of the Republic of Poland (2010 to date, since 2011 as vice-president), the Convention of the AGH University of Science and Technology (2008-2011), the Social Council of the AGH University of Science and Technology (2008-2011) and a member of the Chamber of the Gas Industry (2014 to date).
