Żaneta Leduchowska - a leader, mentor, coach. She has several years of experience in international organizations, including 17 years in managerial positions and in the outsourcing environment (SSC and BPO). ABSL Chapter Leader for Lodz companies from the SSC / BPO sector. She specialises in the area of business management, transformation, improvement and digitisation of processes, building new processes and organisational units.
Involved in managerial, personal and talent development programmes, she explores the area of using neuropsychology in management. Speaker at many international conferences, e.g., "Work in an intercultural environment", "Employee development, including aspects of motivation" or "Best practices in Shared Service Centres".
A graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing, specialising in: Accounting and financial management.
