Stena Circular Economy Award – Leader of the Circular Economy is a competition launched by Stena Recycling in 2017 as a reaction to the growing interest of consumers in environmental protection and circular products. It opens up the opportunity for students to create projects that not only support society and the economy but can also attract the attention of the business world.
The main goal of the competition is to create a platform for sharing knowledge about the circular economy and to inspire people to take action to promote and implement solutions in this area.
The competition starts on 8 January 2024 and will run until 18 February 2024.
The following prizes await students:
- a notebook,
- a grant of PLN 10,000 PLN or the opportunity to take a business course,
- an opportunity to present your idea to the business world.
The competition is held in four categories:
- Students – a category addressed to students who have an idea for implementing solutions or promoting the circular economy in business and society.
- Enterprises implementing circular economy solutions.
- Enterprises promoting the circular economy concept.
- Start-ups that promote or implement solutions based on the assumptions of the circular economy.
