The subject of the training addressed to university educators is to show how to transfer conventionally taught subjects into the dimension of remote international cooperation. During the meeting, you will also learn how to plan student activities and how to act as a mentor to collaborating student groups. The training will also allow you to meet academic lecturers from other European universities.
The training (online formula) is divided into 4 parts (attendance in all four synchronous meetings is required):
- What is virtual exchange and how to integrate it into the syllabus of the course (Monday 9 January 2023, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
- Task design – encouraging students to work together (Wednesday 11 January 2023, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
- Mentoring and supporting student collaboration (Monday 16 January 2023, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
- Applications and potential partnerships (Thursday 19 January 2023, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
The training organised by Ruhr University Bochum and Aarhus University is free of charge, but prior registration is required.
