Agnieszka is an experienced leader with 15+ years’ global experience, predominantly in the Banking / Financial sector as well as BPO with a strong track record in Compliance, Automation, Digital Transformation, Strategy Implementation, Business Transformation, Outsourcing, and Leadership. She excels at taking early-stage capabilities and building sustainable enterprise functions. She bridge the gap well between Business and Technology. She has strong program and project management professional skilled in several project management methodologies. Proven track record in project delivery across a wide range of platforms, with a history of managing diverse groups of multi-skilled professionals across different locations and time zones. She is proud experienced speaker at large events and conferences.  

She started her professional path at the Shared Services Center Philips / Infosys where she covered both positions related to people management as well as centralization and improvement of accounting processes. From 2010 at Nordea Bank AB, first as a manager responsible for process transfer, and since 2011 as an operational director in the retail banking department and in the department of counteracting money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing (CT). From 2018, she was the strategic director responsible for robotics and automation at the Nordea Group. Currently Agnieszka as Chief Operating Officer leads the execution, transformation and automation at Group Compliance
