Krystian Bestry is an outstanding specialist in the field of design, construction and development of shared service centres, global outsourcing contracts and optimisation of business support processes. During his professional career, he has co-created and managed business service centres in Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Ireland and South Africa, employing a total of over 3,500 people.
Since 2015, Krystian Bestry has been the President of the Management Board and CEO of ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group - a leading consulting company on the Polish market in the area of business service outsourcing, enterprise transformation, creation of shared service centres (SSC/GBS), projects and processes management, change management or implementation of new technologies. ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group supports organisations from the rapidly developing sector of Business Services Sector (BBS) in adapting to changing market conditions and increasing competitiveness through centralisation, transformation and automation of processes.
Currently Krystian Bestry manages a team of over 70 consultants who successfully implement projects for clients on several international markets.
Over the years 2007 – 2014, as the Managing Director of Infosys BPO Poland, and later Infosys BPO EMEA, he was responsible for the implementation of the development strategy and service management of Infosys BPO Ltd. centres - a company belonging to the international concern Infosys Ltd., which is a global provider of integrated business consulting services and technology, outsourcing, and IT. Earlier, over the years 2004-2007, he managed the European Service Centre of Philips Electronics and played a key role in the takeover and transfer of Shared Service Centres in Poland, Thailand and India to Infosys BPO structures.
As part of his responsibility, he managed the projects of creating shared service centres and transformation in the areas of accounting and finance, database support, purchasing processes and sales support for, among others, Philips Royal Electronics, Procter & Gamble, Apple, Microsoft, Atlas Copco, AkzoNobel, Daikin Europe and Rio Tinto. Recent consulting experience includes supporting the implementation of the business services model for Amway Gmbh, Deloitte, Elekta, Eurofins, Takeda International Gmbh, Tate & Lyle, HCL and OpusCapita.
Krystian Bestry was also one of the co-founders and a long-term Vice President of the Management Board of the ABSL Business Service Leaders Association, the largest industry organisation associating investors and working for the development of the modern business services sector in Poland and Central Europe.
He is a graduate of the University of Lodz, MA in Management with a specialisation in Accounting and Financial Management. He also holds a BA degree from Oxford Brooks University in Audit and Financial Management.
