From 2008 to 2016, he was the President and Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Pocztowy. During that time, the Bank acquired about a million customers and underwent a transformation from a settlement institution into a mass retail bank, by launching modern internet banking and a network of 300 branches.
Before that time - for seven years - he had managed the area of marketing, online sales and business development in mBank.
He is a graduate of International Economic and Political Relations at the University of Lodz and the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He has also completed the Executive MBA Program at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz organized in cooperation with Towson University and Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Council at the University of Lodz. Proxy of the Mayor of Łódź for attracting investors. Member of the MasterClass Program Council at the National Creativity Center Foundation and the Honorary Founder of the Internet PR Foundation.
