Dzień Azjatycki i spotkanie z Ambasador Indii na UŁ

On Thursday (27 April) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the University of Lodz will host the Asian Day on Thursday (27 April) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The university students as well as high school students from partner high schools invited to the event will participate in workshops and lectures on four thematic paths: Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese. The classes will be conducted by lecturers from the faculty as well as invited guests and experts specialising in the indicated issues.

Participants will learn interesting topics about the history and geography of China and Japan, national minorities in Vietnam and Vietnamese cinematography. They will also take part in Hindi and yoga workshops. There will also be lectures on Indian issues. Additionally, the workshop participants will be able to listen to a concert of Indian music.

A speech of the Indian Ambassador to Poland will be the special event. Mrs. Nagma Mohamed Mallick will deliver a lecture on India's diplomacy and foreign policy. We cordially invite you to the lecture, which will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Prof. Waldemar Michnowicz Assembly Hall at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the University of Lodz
