Since 2020 the student of the UL Faculty of Geographical Sciences has not given other players a chance to compete in this distance – this has been her third start in her career at the Polish Academic Championships (AMP) and her third victory at the same time.
It has been my first start of the season and I have set my heart on it. I like taking part in the Polish Academic Championships - there is always an amazing atmosphere here. The level of the 100m hurdles was very high and I am very happy about it. I'm satisfied with my performance, everything is going the right direction
– summed up her victory the Academic Sports Club Łódź competitor. Her result – 13.26 s – was the third, most valued result of the entire AMP, for which the University of Lodz student received a special award.
Also, Agnieszka Bednarek keeps winning the Polish Academic Championships. The student of the Faculty of Educational Sciences has won the gold medal in the triple jump for the fourth time. The Academic Sports Club Łódź representative keeps winning this competition since she was included in the AMP programme. Bednarek had the best result this season – 13.53 m
Jakub Augustyniak showed what he can do in the 800 m competition. The student of the Faculty of Educational Sciences did not give any chance to his rivals and won gold. For Augustyniak this is also yet another medal from AMP – a year ago he was runner-up in 800 m and in 4 x400 m relay.
University of Lodz students also won medals in the types of universities. The following students stood on the podium:

1st place – Jakub Augustyniak - 800 m
1st place – Kacper Krawczyk - long jump
2nd place – Weronika Kaźmierczak - high jump
2nd place – Filip Cetlicer - long jump
2nd place – Filip Cetlicer - triple jump
3rd place – Justyna Piechota - discus throw
3rd place – Piotr Włostek - 400 m hurdles
3rd place – Patryk Janczyk, Jakub Kozioł, Jakub Lewandowski, Piotr Włostek - 4x100 m relay
In the final classification of men's universities, the University of Lodz came third.
