Its goal is to motivate young scholars to present their research and to create a chance for them to take the floor in a dispute about law and administration. The periodical aspirates to be a forum to exchange ideas and experiences, and initiate discussions about the latest law and administration issues and assist young researchers who want to have a real impact on creating areas of law.
The periodical contains articles, comments to judgements, reports from conferences and important scientific events, reviews of publications.
